That depends on what wrench we are talking about....

I would have thought the thickness would have been pretty consistant. Allright, the 9/16"?

Standard length

Cornwell Long 19mm: 13 1/2"
SO Standard 19mm: 11"
SO Long 19mm: 13"

So even the SO long comes up a 1/2" short on the Cornwell long.

The beam width definetely varies with wrench size. With my calipers on the wrench, it is really clear how square these beams are.
