I had been dying to try one of the cornwell JR72 Ratchets, but don't have any Cornwell dealers around here :(

Luckily, for me, mepilotunot was willing and able to hook me up!

It does feel like a very nice ratchet, and seems to have very good action, can't wait to actually use it on something! I've always been a fan of long-handled 3/8 ratchets.

I see this one quickly becoming my favorite!

I have the 30 tooth in a flex with a hard handle. I've had to replace the the guts once. I will pull the trigger on the fine tooth flex in a hard handle when it shows. For comparision I also have the Matco 88 tooth flex locking head in the green soft handle in both 3/8 and 1/2 inch. The 3/8ths feels sloppy loose compared to the cornwell. The 1/2 is the 24 inch long version. That ratchet is awesome. The 3/8ths cornwell is my everyday use and abuse it ratchet. The 3/8 matco collects dust in the other box. The big Matco replaced the snap on as the one I reach for when I need that size.

I agree. JR72 has displaced all others as my "go to" 3/8" ratchet.

I have also replaced my old ratchets in my box. Trying not to get high on my own supply but hey....I am a tool dealer!! Still turn wrenches on the side and weekends and try to do the work on my tool truck as much as I can.
