Cornwell KD86126

I am looking for a gift for my brother and I found these wrenches which look nice KD86126 - 10 Piece Metric 120XP™ XL Flex Ratcheting Box Wrench Set. I would like to know if these are the same as the gearwrench (brand) wrenches part number GearWrench 86126 seems to also share a part number with KD tools KDT-86126.

I am just trying to wrap my head around these part numbers. It seems there are some kd tools part numbers for GearWrench and some apex tools part numbers for GearWrench parts that seem to be the same but different numbers? With all these tools being consolidated into single brands and COO changing every other batch does it matter what I order I guess cheaper is better ?

KD is still in the process of getting fully absorbed by GearWrench.

Don't get the Cornwell set because all it is is an overpriced Cornwell branded GearWrench set. That's one of the Cornwell items that is not made by themselves. Just search Google for the best price on a GearWrench 86126.
