Cornwell Orange vs Blue hard handles

Why is there such a price difference between a blue handle ratchet versus a orange handle ratchet? The blue ones retail for $10-$15 more for the same ratchet. Is there a quality/material difference between the 2 handles?

maybe the quantities made of each color? Blue more rare?

Blue is my color of choice

You have to look out for specials. My Cornwell dealer has specials on all ratchets every month.
