cornwell "Pro series" carts

I just got a CTBMM100RG as a partial trade for a box I was selling, Its a very nice cart but im curious to who makes it for cornwell, Id like to add a side shelf but its a little pricey through cornwell. Im guessing Waterloo but not sure

Professional tool products is the mfg. also known as sunex. Very nice carts, heavy built.
