I just used some recently, coworker had a bunch of Cornwell stuff but he got fired...anyway, they don't have a coo stamp on the drivers, either. Sorry I'm not more helpful.

Taiwan. Says so right on the box. I got a set a while ago, they're really nice actually.

There are two types. The german made ones have the antislip flocking on them.

The black & blue or Black & green versions are made in Taiwan.
