It's in my blood.
Fellas -

I am a diehard Mac socket guy. That being said, I stumbled upon the following Cornwell socket set at a garage sale this morning. I could not pass it up.

I am hoping y'all can help me with a few questions with respect to Cornwell:

For the life of me, I cannot get any information from the Internet about this set. On the rail handle is stamped, "ST41" See photo.

This set is missing a couple sockets. Sockets I have in hand:

27MM

24

22

20
19 (completely destroyed)
18
17
16

14
13
12
11
10

Here are my questions:

1. Which sockets are missing? I'm certain the 15MM is needed. What are the others?

2. Can I send the 19MM socket that is completely roached into Cornwell and get a replacement? If so, should I expect any costs?

3. I cannot get the logic of the two digit date code/stamp written between "Cornwell" and "USA" on each socket. Can you enlighten me?

BTW...I bought this set for four bucks. Yeah, you read it right: $4.00

I gave the guy a five dollar bill and told him to keep the change.

ST41 is just the holder, I dont think they still do that particular one anymore.
Socket wise, whatever fits in, they do 14 and 15 pc metric impact sets, looks like 14 fits in the holder, I would think you will need a 15 and swap the 20 out for a 21.
I think you need a dealer to warranty but Im not entirely sure.
The date codes aren't date codes as far as we know, its thought that it relates to the tooling set that stamped out the tool.
$4 is a great deal.
