Cornwell SR4 Ratchet

I picked up this Cornwell SR4 ratchet from an estate sale today and was wondering as to its rarity/value. The internals still work perfectly and the only information I can find is that its from around the 30's or 40's. Anyone else have any info on it?

your SR4 would be from about 1935 and I bought one about three or four years ago for something like $10.00 dollars, hope that helps you out.
