dad traded in his 65" cornwell toolbox in 2 years ago and "upgraded" to a 67" toolbox

and all he has is problems with drawer bearing slides. 12 pairs replaced and it needs 2 more pairs but no local cornwell dealer will come and look at it and customer service told him it is neglect and abuse. the drawers sag and warp the slides and results in drawer binding. there is not alot of tools in the box, since most of the standard tools came home (works on metric vehicles).
He does nothing to hurt the toolbox and all it is doing is being a pain in the rear right now.
anyone have a similar experience. even the dealer that sold it to him was slow at ordering slides to take care of the problem. hesitant in a way.
all I can say is my 1987 snap on KR1000 still works like the day it was new and is far more plump full of tools then that cornwell
