Cornwell Toolbox - Quality, Value?

This toolbox just came up on craigslist. Very minimal information on it. Based on the picture, is it a good toolbox? What would the value be for a box like this?

Also, can you tell from the pics, what width box is it? Approximate age? The Waterloo/Cornwell boxes that I'm seeing online have the full width top drawer, this one doesn't. Is that just the way they used to make them?

41" wide waterloo. Probably ball bearing slides, drawers all look straight. $600 all day long...maybe 700-800 tops depending on local market.

Good box but not truck brand level. Waterloo makes those too, but that ain't one of them.

Looks Waterloo made probably from the 90s. Will be on par with the craftsman boxes of the same era.
