Cornwell Toolbox Restoration

I have a toolbox chest and cabinet combo that I am restoring that belonged to my great grandfather. It has alot of overspray from spray paints and chipping from the previous paint nut the drawers slide like butter and it needs a little TLC but it will save me some money. I have to buy some new cam locks for both cabinets and I am going to make some foam inserts and cut out for the tools. I would like any info on this type of box and any input from anyone thanks heres a few pics of where it started and where i have gotten...

I also am getting my great grandfathers 10x12 shop I am going to have put new door, lock, and knob and also will use two stage security.. We live in high crime area here lately. Sorry people breaking in and stealing... I will be using a brinks high security knob and a discus lock also on the door. I am also going to buy a color camera to run to my house to hook up to my television. Here is my plans for it. I am going to remove shelving and add work benches and add a pegboard and few more things..

I may be wrong, but the top chest appears to be a Snap-on chest. Looking from behind the box, on the lower left side, you should find a stamp with model & date code.

Top chest looks just like a Snap On I have had since 1983.

Its a Snap On KRA-59B I am not sure the age...Its nice I appreciate the input any idea where to find model on the Cornwell rolling cabinet...
