I found out it's made by Central Tools in the U.S.A. It's not on their website but I contacted them and they said it's theirs. There is no reverse switch, the 1/4 drive pushes through from one side to the other.

I could've told you that but I didn't click on the thread soon enough.

All the Cornwell tools made by Central Tools will have the CE in the part number.
