Trying to find out what this wrench was designed for. Feel sure it is a specialty wrench. It has the double angle and is 9/16" in size. The only thing I can find are the 21MM Camber wrenches that look close but find no 9/16". Number on wrench looks to be G or C 83. Thanks for any help.

Not so much a specialty wrench more like someone cut off the end of it and made a homemade wrench to suite their own needs.
At least not one I have run across as of yet.

If you encounter a starter on an FE series Ford, make sure you have it handy.

I don't have any old cornwell catalogs but, it could also be an old alignment wrench.
