Does anyone know what the active ingredient in Zerust is? It works OK but gets pretty expensive for the number and replacement schedule I have.

I usually look for the MSDS info. Google is your friend. Sometimes you get nowhere as they say “proprietary formula blah-blah”

MSDS shows no reportable chemicals. I am in East Texas. Think Western Louisiana. Humidity rarely falls below 70%. We see rain more than sun.

Yeah, don't you just love that "proprietary components" (i.e. so we don't have to disclose it) labeling? Kinda makes the whole idea of the SDS moot.
