cost for 40X40

I am in Ft. worth TX. I have a deal with a home builder...buy house and build garage at cost...ballpark, what is cost for this http://www.behmdesign.com/garageplans/1512-1.html

Must be brick on three sides...about $5,200

I am wanting to hear what others think what cost is. I should find out in a few days.

Approx. 1512 sq ft, I'm guessing about $35/sq ft so about $53k.

The back half of my 100x40x14' barn caved in from snow during the blizzard of 2000, cost 35,000 to get it rebuilt with 2x12 headers. Concrete was already there though. Guy that originally built it had a cement business & whatever was left on the trucks at the end of the day went into the floor, I was told parts of it were 18"+ thick so no worries about breaking it up with my cars as cement trucks & 30 ton dozers didn't bother it
