Cost to tin 40x60x12

I'm looking to hire out the exterior metal install for my 40x60x12. Roof, walls, soffit/fascia. I'm supplying the metal.

I know every location is unique.

Just wondering what one would expect to pay for this. Would it be priced by the job or by the sq ft?

Does the pricing scheme matter? Ultimately you can divide by sq ft if you want, but I expect it will be billed based on the number of days the contractor expects it to take, plus charges for any large equipment required

Pulling a number out of thin air based on previous builds near St. Louis, MO, assuming R-panel, material pricing excluded, and accounting for today's rates: $15k.
