When buying pressure washer, look at the pump type/brand. I believe they're the imitation of the AR SRMW or RMW axial pumps. The good news is that they're rebuild-able but replacement pump cost about $50 shipped.

You gotta maintain it religiously to keep it for long time. search up "winterize and storage" for pressure washer. The axial pump-type doesn't allow for a lot of error like triplex pumps.

I was just at Sam's club the other day and they have a slightly smaller one for 216$ there. It's a Black-Max brand with a Subaru EA175 engine on it.

Thinking of grabbing it and giving up on this Craftsman one with the bum carb. 50$ for a carb or 200$ for a whole new pressure washer that will just run for years? It's tempting.
