I'd like the thread "my winter toy" moved from garage gallery to free parking if that's possible. Thanks

Just be aware that you cannot search Free Parking, so if your thread gets lost you will need to find it via a Google search of this site.

That's alright, it just felt weird having a thread about my snowmobile/snowmobiling on garage gallery since i was new to the site right when i posted, i didn't know what i was doing.

Thanks a ton btw!!!

Don't you think it's about time to activate the search function in Free Parking?

I can't make that change; I don't have the power. Ryan is aware that FP cannot be searched, though.

I figured as much. But it sure would make it easier to find old posts in free parking. I understand that it's the owners prerogative, and right, to run his domain as he wishes. Because of all the problems that developed in free parking, there was strong talk to eliminate free parking all together a while back. Yet today it's the second most active Garage Journal section behind tools! http://boardreader.com/sp/The_Garage_Journal_Board_224816.html#top_active_forums

Needless to say, even after Ryan agreed to start start a new section covering rides, sadly he never did. And our rides are just as related to garages as tools are. Surely searching for a certain member's car is as important as searching for a 1/2” Snap-On ratchet.
