Could use some help idenifying this vise

I may have mistakenly posted this in a vise picture thread, hopefully this is the correct place for replies.
Could use some help dating and identifying this vise.
Doing a search here I believe it's a Reed vise.
No markings besides 413, and jaw size 4 1/2" weighs 70lbs
It would be helpful to know the year made, and manufacturer.

Probably 90 - 100 years old, with that thru the bench swivel mount. Can't help with the manufacturer, although it seems Prentiss made a lot of unmarked or obscurely marked vises. Do you own it, or are you thinking of buying it? Saw it on CL, not far from me.

That style with the single bolt mount is usually very late 1800's to early 1900's...
