Have a buddy that was needing some cash and invited me over to see if there was any of his junk I might be interested in. Well I bought some small stuff, a couple signs, a brand fired new SK 1/2 drive torque wrench, and in the junk pile outside I found 2 Wilton vises. This one is a 1745 4 1/2" job. It's newer but hey I needed a new vise as I killed my old Kobalt....... I may have abused it...... Didn't get a smoking deal as I knew he needed the money and I first let him name his price then I added $10. So I have $60 wrapped up in it. I spent about 5 minutes with a wire brush, hit it with some rattle can primer, reached in my shaker cabinet and grabbed the first color, and BAMMO!!! Refurbished vise for me to wail on.
