Couple No name Tools...Are they Foreign?

I have a 1/4" drive flex head ratchet with no name or nothing on it. Also have a spinner handle with nothing on it.

Does no name typically mean they are foreign made? or not necesarily? I always thought that foreign made stuff had to have the country of origin on it?

I attached pics in case anyone can recognize and identify them.

The ratchet is an import. The speeder has a Craftsman style handle but I can't remember ever seeing a speeder with no markings at all that was US made. They usually at least have USA stamped on them or something basic.

the ratchet is an import. sorry to say not a very good one either. the speeder may just be an unmarked us one. it looks similar to some older us made ones. craftsman maybe?

Tools look like Allied tools. About the cheapest of the cheap unfortunately.

Typically, unless you can tell it is really old (made by a blacksmith, etc), USA is stamped on any tool made here. Imports, a lot of times, only had a sticker with the COO.

I was also going to say Craftsman because of the shape of the handle. Here are my 1/2" and 3/8". But the shape of the round bar on yours is different than Craftsman. Sears did not have that style in 1/4". Plus it would be marked Craftsman if it was. So you have some clone.
