CP Impact wrench repair?

Hi all,

I bought an old Chicago Pneumatic Impact wrench, it was sold as not working so I basically got it for nothing.

I put a air fitting on it and plugged the hose in and all I get is a huge air leak coming from the exhaust (Trigger area) The shaft does not turn but it is free and not siezed.

I'm sure it would be something simple, I thought i'd ask here as i'm hoping it is a fairly common problem.

Anyone have any advice?

Here is a photo I found on ebay, it's not the gun I bought but the same style.

had the same problem with an old CP here .. Basically I had to pull the receiver off the bottom, Some of the Aluminium housing inside has broken off .. Had to replace it ..
