Grey Pneumo would be a good deal, howeva', this is for "chicago" pneumo - which can be had all day long for about 30 bucks. Sears closeout still priced too high.

that would be so for non magnetic of either brand but these are magnetic

does anyone know if the magnet is spring loaded?
by looking at the picture seems like the magnet is pretty deep which would be a disadvantage when using flanged nuts and bolts
does anyone have any other pictures?

I got these today they are 3/8" 13 piece and from the looks of the case I would bet they came from the same factory as grey the magnets are sprung and seem to hold nuts even flanged ones well

can you post pictures of the inside of the sockets?
also have you tried using on a non-flanged nut? how hard is to get it out?
thanks

sorry I don't have time for detailed pics right now but I noted about 1/2" of travel on the magnet and they are about 1/16" deeper than the average nut. on larger sizes non flanged nuts won't fall out when shaken you will need a bolt or tool to pull them out
