CP778 on Ebay

Hey, there is a listing on Ebay for Chicago Pneumatic's 778 high speed sander. Buy it now price of 35 bucks. Anybody have any experience with these? Worth the cash?

I haven't had any experience with that sander. But I have had several Chicago products and they were good quality
