CPL Tool Sytems Chest Organizer

I got this box over 5 years ago and never used it. It is made by 'CPL Tool Management Systems' I think it is the older version of this one:
http://www.redhillsupply.com/CPLME300B.htm I don't recall what it cost but the newest model is $500+ It is US made, heavy, about 40lbs I'd guess. It is completely unused and like new. I have one key. Great for keeping frequently used mechanics tools like sockets and wrenches convenient and organized.
It would be great mounted on a truck, or on top of of rolling cart for around the shop.
Pick up in Central NJ only, I have no idea what it would cost to crate up and ship but probably more than the $100 I'm asking...
