What's folks experience with this? I'm seeing some good deals on there, and their ebay store has mostly good reviews.

Bought a Bosch bulldog from their Amazon store, aside from some scuffs from the case looks brand new.

I've had a few reconditioned tools from them (Dewalt) and never had an issue with any of them. The oldest has been going strong for 10 years which is a Dewalt 18v portable shopvac.

Ten year old DeWalt hammer drill still going strong. A Bosch drill driver and a Boscch impact both holding up very well. I've had zero problems with any of them.

I’v ordered Bosch and Dewalt battery tools from them.

No issues. Can’t even remember which tools they were, which is a good thing. Never had an issue with any Bosch or Dewalt tool I guess, either new or refurbished.

I haven’t seen any competing deals from CPO recently, either, but I am pretty well stocked so I am probably less active in the market than a few years ago when it was on a buying spree every few months.

Love CPO. They use to sell Milwaukee and I bought a lot of refurbished tools from them. Heck, I bought a refurbished Husky chain saw that you couldn't tell it wasn't new.

Nice to know they are a legit site, I might have been looking at a Bosch impact...but don't tell my Makita tools!

Bought a Milwaukee 1/2“ mid torque impact with batteries from CPO 5 years ago or so, still going strong.

I bought some stuff from them. Couldn't really tell it was "used" or "refurbished".

Some of my Milwaukee stuff has "recon" engraved in it where the battery goes.

The tools do (or did) have a much shorter warranty.

Never had a problem with anything I've purchased from them. Their shipping is usually pretty quick, too.

I've bought many tools from CPO, always had a good experience. Normally they look like-new. Occasionally they come with some sharpie marking or dirt or something, but still really good shape.

I've bought Milwaukee refurb stuff from them with no problem when they sold Milwaukee, and I've bought a few Bosch laser refurbs as well. I'm a tight@ss so almost invariably get refurbs (or used) - plus they have great sales on the refurbs all the time.

Everything I've bought from them has had no issue, but I'm not a pro that would put them through heavy/daily use. I can't even think of any of them even LOOKING used/refurbished visually, but I assume some of them do. Same with a couple of Milwaukee stuff that I've gotten from Factory Authorized Outlet (who now vends Milwaukee refurbs). I just bought a refurbished Milwaukee drywall screw gun from FAO last week, and again, can't tell it's NOT new in looks/operation other than it came in a plastic bag instead of a factory box.

CPO (Certified Pre Owned) is a huge company that has been doing the refurb thing for decades now, they have it down to a science.

Buy with confidence, very few stories of refurbs not being top notch or as described.

Are these the correct website(s)?

Yep

@bwringer they also have a presence on Amazon. IIRC it was slightly cheaper for me overall with the free prime shipping
