New 6" slab
Ghostshield 4500 applied 7 days ago
Want to do my Ghostshield 8510 asap.

I have a couple big, long cracks. I plan on using the garage - so wetsand muck, oil, coolant, maybe fuel...

What do you guys suggest I use to fill in the crack that will last? Where I live all the crack fillers that I see dont see to last too long.

Do you think I should even bother with the crack filler?

Thanks!

Any good filler should work. The key to getting longevity is to get your crack clean... :) A clean crack is so much better then a dirty crack... :)

I think I know what you mean... although a little skeptical taking crack cleaning advice from a person with "Astro" - glide? In the name! HAHAHA

Im seeing many of these saying they are not made for vertical cracks, This does not apply to a slab right?

I can't speak for longevity, but I have experience with the epoxy filler from Quikrete. No issues but it's only been a year.

I looked at the crack yesterday and I decided that it is such a small crack that Im not going to bother filling it. I think Im going to seal the floor today. Maybe a bad decision, but its cracked, there is virtually no separation
