Why are you wanting to repair it? To put carpet down, tile, vct, etc. or just to not have a crack to fill up with ****.

Get the 48 oz test kit of the light gray Industrial Floor Epoxy for about 50 bucks including shipping and brush on a few coats until it fills the crack. Note that if the crack is active and moving nothing will stop mother nature.

If it's active use a flexible epoxy crack fill. It shouldn't be active if you are keeping a constant temp in the basement. The only other causes would be a failing sub grade or impact fracture. (Moving too heavy of weight over the area).

You will need to crack chase the crack, clean real well.... (no water) and then use a thickener to thicken up some 100% solids epoxy. Mix some up and pour down the crack to wetten the side walls then thicken the mix (silica sand works well) and use a margin trowel forcing it deep into the crack. Go this route and the crack will not come back. Once you have to cracked filled and dry, lightly grind it smooth.

You're not going to hide it but can make it less noticeable.
