crack isolation membrane?

I have an existing shop and I want to tile the floor. Should I coat the entire surface with crack islolation coating or just the few areas that have cracks. The slab is aprox 10 years old and has one cold joint 40 feet long and two structure cracks. I don't want to tile then have cracks in them later if I can help it.

I used a product like this in my home when I layed 20x20 porcelen tiles. 5 years later, no cracks. I used it just over the cracks.
