Is there a way to repair a cracked concrete driveway but doesn't look like a glowing bright grey patch job? I have cracks in the different slabs but they aren't too bad. If I fill the area with portland cement powder and add some water would it clog up the crack?

It doesn't freeze where I live so we are only talking about appearance repair here.

If there is no freezing there, the cracks are probably due to settling. If you are sure the movement is finished, consult your local concrete supply house for the appropriate repair materials and method, based on size of the cracks. After repair, go over the entire driveway with a topping designed for outdoor use. Ardex CD (Concrete Dressing) is a good one. Your driveway will then appear new.

Ardex CD can be as thin as 1/16". I would probably cover all the slabs with the dressing so the color will be uniform.

rt66jt do you have experience with Ardex, how do I buy it, it seems very secretive and not available to home owners?

I haven't used it, but I've sold enough. I work for a construction supply house that specializes in concrete and masonry products. Call Ardex at (888)512-7339 between 8:30 and 5:00 Eastern to find a local dealer. Another option may be a product called Top And Bond which may be easier to find in your area.
