A while back I found a small 7/16" combo wrench that looked interesting, so I purchased it. It is marked "7/16 C-14 CRAFT ALLOY 7/16", and on the flip-side, simply marked "Japan".
Has anyone heard of the "Craft" brand? The fact that it has the part number "C-14" makes me believe it is of decent quality and not a one-off.20230423_093346.jpg20230423_093422.jpg

I have a 5/8” Craft C-20 that I customized… for something…

Anything else with chrome loss was donated or given away… I keep it with my other customized wrenches, obstruction wrenches, distributor wrenches…

I went through one of my giveaway boxes today for another thread.

I found a few more Craft combination wrenches.

They have pretty bad chrome loss.

I'm resurrecting this old post to see if anyone knows anything about this company and these wrenches. I've googled many times and finally found this old thread regarding any info on this company. I got this set when my mom moved to assisted living and was wondering if they have any value or if they are just junk.

What have you heard of these wrenches and of CRAFT tools?

thanks in advance,
tom

Seem to be a mid quality import line. Seen the sockets discussed on another thread. I have about 5 sockets with that name. 1 or 2 has the little star emblem on them too. I'll try n get some pics

@tm66 - welcome to the site.

keep this link handy

Are those wrenches marked "Japan" on the other side?

I have see the "Craft" brand before - on ebay - in the form of a socket set that was a knock-off of 1970's S-K product.
Your wrenches resemble a pattern used by Herbrand.
The LOGO on your wrench pouch is the same as that used on the socket set.
Best wild guess: "Craft" was an importer in Philadelphia. At least now we have that starting point.
There are so many other tool brands which include "CRAFT" in the name it's not possible to isolate this one in a search.
