I have a red handle Craftsman phillips screwdriver that’s labeled as 1/8. It the same size as another #0 red handle I have.
Please forgive my ignorance, but did phillips screwdrivers used to be labeled in fractional inches?15B6E6D9-D2F9-4850-8489-8501803BAA23.jpeg13793974-AEA0-4DAE-99AC-C10941E126B8.jpegA38859A0-8D4E-4AFE-94F9-B9009C01FA5B.jpegB85C161B-938B-4DD0-BFC4-1E6ABBD698FA.jpeg

Part number is for a flat tip common driver. Factory mistake tool which is not unheard of.

IIRC, those red handle drivers where sold loose in various limited sizes as singles and where usually in buckets at the cash register for impulse buys for like a $1 or so apiece.

Factory mistake or someone had a good P0 shank with a trashed handle and a trashed 1/8 shank with a good handle and swapped them. You can pull the handles off those screwdrivers pretty easily actually.

Search ebay for "craftsman 41053" and you'll see a bunch of variations. flat, philips, regular, stubby, in both solid red and red/clear handles. I didn't think the info between the number and WF (G, K, II, "square", etc) was part of the p/n, but maybe it is? Or maybe 41053 is the p/n for any screwdriver with a red handle?
