Just waiting on payment from two more users. The rest have been boxed up, labels printed and will go out tomorrow morning before work.

For those still interested at the $14.99 price, the earliest I can get them is Wednesday. That's my next off day from work. If someone else can them at the $12.99 price before Wednesday, snag yourself a set. Otherwise I'll make the trip again and get sets for those interested.

Thanks for the fast shipping ..... Already have a tracking #........ And again thanks for picking these up [emoji39]

I have found many of these sets in Tampa and Brooksville, FL if anyone is looking for them. Tampa had maybe 30-40 various socket sets left on Saturday but Brooksville probably had a couple hundred.

I picked up the 1/4 metric impacts and 1/2 deep chrome.

So far anyone that is buying these and shipping them for folks, you can mail the SAE and Metric set in one small padded envelope for 3.44. The ones we have are about 10"x8", but they could go in even smaller ones.

Both sets together weigh 12 ounces when packed in the envelope. These envelopes cost about .25-.30 a piece.

Not a free flat rate box and maybe more work for the nice person selling if they can't find cheap mailers, but if you have access to some small envelopes you could save about 1.50 per order.

Is there any appetite for more of these? My local store had a few sets that I could try to snag and ship out.
I'd be interested in a both sets.

I just snagged four sets (SAE and Metric) at the Sears outlet with me. The price had been $12.99 but was $14.99 today. Including MA sales tax, shipping and paypal fees, these come to just about $40.

I'm thinking $42 for a complete set just to keep the numbers safe for me (in case paypal or shipping is more costly).

UPDATED: SOLD OUT

I managed to get nine sets. The other outlet store has them at $14.99 and won't price match. If no one else can get them at the $12.99 price I'll head back and get the rest that still want them covered.

I got your PM... payment will be sent to you later today and thanks again!

***UPDATE: Payment sent.

Does anyone else's 8mm not fit properly on their socket rail? The square hole isn't deep enough on mine, so the socket sits up higher than all the rest. It doesn't really matter, just curious.

i have all drives of craftsman and non of them are like this. i do not have these specific sockets.

some other brand sockets dont fit right side up, so i flip them and have the drive side sticking up. i need to take a drill bit to some sockets or just run a dremel around the plastic peg on the trays.

2 of 4 sets sold. Invoices sent out.

I have two more sets (SAE and Metric). $42 for both shipped. As noted above, they were slightly more expensive at my local Sears Outlet.

UPDATE: SOLD OUT

Thanks, but the problem would be specific to this set. If anyone else noticed that their 8mm doesn't fit all the way down on their socket rail, please let me know.

My 8mm fit on one of the plastic Craftsman rails with no problem.

Its karma! I helped out a bunch of Gj'ers last year when Menards was cleaning out their gearwrench inventory. Its nice that there's others here as well! .. Is it too early to be thinking about the secret Santa??

I'm going to check my local sears outlet tomorrow if others are still interested getting some of these? No guarantee they are there though.

i went in to my local sears service center to look for these sockets only to find they are closing at the end of the year. all the tools are pretty much gone except some dewalt ratcheting wrenches. nowhere to buy lawn and garden or appliance parts local now.

The last two people I got sets for, they'll be shipped out tomorrow evening. Gotta love long shifts at work.

Thanks for the update! Don't sweat it if you need to take a day or two extra to catch up on your Zzzz'ss!

Local outlet does have them. They are more expensive than the $12.99 elsewhere. I can do $26 shipped for one, or $42 shipped for both. Anyone interested? I'll make a run tomorrow (or tonight) if so.
