Craftsman 1/4 inch screw bit holder

I'm looking for replacement for this. It's about 20 years old, 1/4 drive and is used to hold screw bits; it was part of an older 45 piece set.
The snap ring inside has broken and the bits fall out when it’s used. The local Sears can't find a replacement or anything like it. The only markings are shown. -EE- If I can't find a replacement a good part number would be a big help.

No I haven't gotton one. I did find one sold by Sears made by KD tools. Do you have one?

Anyone have a source for good bits (either 5/16 or 1/4) that go in those? I have both sizes and would like to get some bits for them.
