Craftsman 101.03582 Drill Press

Hi,
Am looking for user manual and parts list for this vintage bench top drill press. Anyone know where I can find them?

I also need a pin spanner wrench to remove the drill chuck. Any suggestion for a good one?

I believe that he "101" indicates it is made by Atlas, so use that to search.
