Craftsman 101.21200 lathe paint

I picked up a Craftsman 101.21200 6" Metal lathe the other day and need to touch up part of it. Does anyone have a suggestion for the greenish gray paint the used?

I think it's actually gray, with years of oil and dirt. Clean it up real good with some purple power or simple green and look at it in the day light.
