Greetings!

I’m in the process of reassembling my bandsaw after a restoration and have a lower blade guide alignment issue.

I put a new blade on today to make any adjustments before attaching the table and can’t figure out why the lower blade guard seems to be so far to the left.

I’ve taken the trunnions off looking for any problems with them or the support bracket and nothing seems to be bent or worn.

Any direction other than the circular one I’ve been going in would be welcome.

Thanks
Jeff

Thanks Jay

I just put a new blade on and the clearance is what you have. I guess my OCD expects it to be perfectly centered. At least now it’s workable.

And, if I look at it slightly off one side or the other, the parallax effect makes it look perfectly centered. :)

Be well
Jeff
