Craftsman 103 bad saw tracking

I have the manual thst came with the saw and went thru the entire adjustment process. Every time I try cutting with it, it never cuts straight. Blade always ends up cutting an angle towards the back of the saw. Any suggestions on how to correct? The blade is not very long so there is not much contacting the side guides since they have to be behind the teeth. Maybe a longer blade?

Seen the videos. Would be good to upgrade my saw guides with the carter guides but dont see a kit for my say.
