OP C craig engles New member Joined Oct 4, 2023 Messages 4 Oct 4, 2023 #5 I have removed the two Allen head screws that screw into the keyed shaft. I have applied wd-40. The shaft doesn’t move easily with light prying. Any suggestions on removing this disc attachment from the shaft on this craftsman sander.

N nadogail Well-known member Joined Jan 23, 2009 Messages 31,969 Location Coronado, CA Oct 4, 2023 #6 WD 40 is a water displacer, and is not intended to be a penetrating oil. Try Liquid Wrench or Kroil.
