I don’t imagine you will be bringing your sander to my workshop so I can see how I can be of help.

I have removed the two Allen head screws that screw into the keyed shaft. I have applied wd-40. The shaft doesn’t move easily with light prying. Any suggestions on removing this disc attachment from the shaft on this craftsman sander.

WD 40 is a water displacer, and is not intended to be a penetrating oil. Try Liquid Wrench or Kroil.
