I’m looking for how to remove the bottom spindle bearing on a Craftsman 150. I have the spindle removed and the chuck removed. There is a dowel pin in the bottom collar that I don’t know how to remove. I could drill it but I need to know what size pin to replace it with if anyone has any information on it.

That sure looks like a "spring pin" not a dowel pin. You should be able to either drive it out the other side (if a hole is present) or use a slide hammer on it. A spring pin is heat treated and will likely burn your drill, resulting in a work-hardened spring pin that's more difficult to remove. If FrankLee says you don't have to remove it I wouldn't try to.
