I recently picked up a Craftsman 150 floor mount drill press, and am going through the process of cleaning, rewiring, etc. (Thanks to Evintho for his great write-up!)
Here's my question - One of the motor support rods (Sears p.n. 38692) has a hole along part of the shaft.
I'm concerned that the rod may crack/break if I push it too much. I've been unable to find a replacement part - Sears no longer carries them on their parts website, and I have had no luck searching for it on ePay. Does anyone have any ideas on replacing one of these?
If I can get some photos posted I'll do so, although I'm still figuring that part out...
Thanks for any help!
