After searching many times looking for an easy way to build a counter-weight table lift, I finally just had to build something and hoped it would work...so far it does. I wanted to keep it simple, easily removable, and no holes drilled into my CM 150. A bonus was using 2 pieces of steel I had on hand. These 2 pieces were the straight and curved pieces that are used to connect a garage door to the opener.
I had to get out of my comfort zone and do a little simple welding for the first time in about 50 years.
Overall I'm happy with the results but I'm hoping to come up with a better solution for the smaller of the 2 pulleys. I needed it to be small, but the small eyelet attached to the rear of the bracket looked like it would break in no time, so I cut it off and drilled a hole in the front plate that would accept the remaining stud, then I "tied' it to my bracket with a hose clamp. This pulley really doesn't carry any weight so I think it will be OK as is.
What you can't see in the pics is a 22" long solid steel 2" bar that weighs about as much as the table. The balance worked out great. I use slightly more effort to push the table down as opposed to pulling it up one-handed.
Hopefully this will help others who might be searching for ideas as I was.
