Look in the Classified section of Garage Journal. Frank Lee has badges for sale for Craftsman drill presses. He may very well have what you're looking for.

YesWhen you say badge, do you mean the band as displayed in the image?
Do you have the band and it is just damaged or is it missing altogether?
I don't have a solution for you.
I have a plan for one I here that I have yet to install on my 15" 150 press that I have been using for over a year without it. The band has a couple holes in it where the PO drilled the head to install a belt guard. My plan is to fill the holes with a little tape on the backside, fill the metal with a bit of epoxy, cover the whole thing with some engine turned vinyl and have some stickes made for the 150 on both sides as well as the Craftsman crown. That is what I am doing with an existing damaged one. But, if you don't have a damaged one that is a different story. I have heard of people making them.
