Ive had 4 regular 19.2v batteries for quite a few years now and I believe 3 of them are toast. I had two in the charger on a really hot day and they were really weak, charged the 3rd at night and it was fine. Are the 19.2v Lithium batteries worth the money over buying another couple of the regular 19.2 ones?

Im in the same boat. I've got three that I've gotten about seven years of homeowner use out of. I've got about eight different tools that I use the three batteries between. I was wondering if the Lithium batteries were worth the money as well.

Craftsman's NiCad batteries have used **** cells for as long as I can remember. I have about 7 batteries. All around 2 years old. One of them is Li-Ion. It's the only one good for anything anymore, and it has probably had as much use as all other 6 combined.

I'm really looking forward to trying one of the newer Li-Ion batts.
