Still Made in the USA by Ullman, and the recent price drop could signal that Sears has outsourced this to China. So if you want a USA version and have a few bucks of points to burn, you might want to think about jumping on this.

I'm buying a bunch of these to give out to the mechanics at my work (Helicopter company). I use mine all the time at home, it works better than the magnetic ones for my use.
