Any guesses when this bad boy will go on that deep discount? I know COO maybe China, but I am just a part time tool abuser, anything more would be a waste of money on my part.

I really like the honesty in this situation!! Just need decent and cheap sockets and a good warranty it sounds like! You might be better off buying the smaller sets as they go on sale more often! Could even try eBay!

Yup, it was part of the "deal heist" yesterday for $379. I bit and we'll see what happens.

Been watching this set daily for over a year cheapest it went down too was $350. I'm starting too loose my patience with it .

Keep an eye on the 308 piece set
with the extension as well. It's the same sockets and sometimes goes on sale for less than the 299 piece set.


Hopefully they'll get below $400 before Christmas.
