Speaking from my personal experience...HF bars are vastly superior to the CMAN's I have...

I dont know how much that Craftsman breaker bar was as it doesnt show a price on the Amazon link. But Im curious what you expect to do with an 18 in breaker bar.

If someone really needs a 3/4 dr. breaker bar on a budget, I recommend the $50 Tekton 38 inch one. I used one of these to bust loose the crank pulley on my Accord:

I just looked at that very Tekton 3/4" one you showed this weekend. quite the bad boy...my farm store had a buy 1 Tekton get one 1/2 off sale and I almost picked that up...but decided I really had no use for one that big, but it sure looked nice...BTW, I have several craftsman and I prefer the HF to those in 1/2" drive...the one craftsman was a new trade in and I had to spend a half hour filing the drive square so it would fit on a socket. very poor quality on the new ones.

1/2 inch snap-on breaker bar and a pipe. If that wont do it then you need a torch.

The HF breaker bars are higher quality than the new Craftsman Chinese garbage they're trying to dump on people. I said this before and I'll say this again, don't pay Craftsman USA prices for Chinese Craftsman junk. Pay a Chinese price at HF.

I gladly pay a higher price for a higher quality tool, but I'll never over pay for tools, I own hf breaker bars and I've never had a problem, there is a short list of tools I would recommend from hf, there breaker bars are on the list

I have a HF Breaker Bar in each of my vehicles now as the "lug wrench" with the correct size HF Impact Socket on it.

I have done some evil things to them using them with a cheater bar and they never show any signs of damage or failure. I agree and give them 2

I am not sure either. But that is same length as a typical 3/4 ratchet. I think is just so you slip the Jack handle over it stand on it or something

The biggest knock I have on the HF Braker Bay is the head design. The heads flex and take away torque and can cause you to slip/strip bolts. The Craftsman Breaker Bar Heads do not Flex.
