Yeah, you're right. Just went to pick them up and they have them on display for 29.99. Still 23 bucks is a great price and they do say forged in the US on them by the way.

These are still made by Western Forge. Haven't seen any Chinese ones yet (the contract with WF probably hasn't expired yet for screwdrivers, adjustable wrenches, and pliers).

They are very good for the money. The only other option in the price range is the Channellock Irega ones (made in Spain)

the set i bought last x-mas season was made in china and had a terrible fit and finish. i will buy a set of these.

Are you sure those weren't the Evolv ones? I did a google to check myself and I can't find any other instances of a chinese adjustable wrench from the regular CMAN line.

I agree that it was probably the evolv line. I also have never seen a new craftsman adjustable made in china
