craftsman 3 ton jack with stands and creeper

I need a jack and jack stands for my half ton pick up. I was looking at this package at sears. It includes a 3 ton jack with a pair of 3 ton jack stands and a creeper for $109. Anybody have this set or can recommend one? I have a bunch of sears gift cards and this seems to be the best deal I can find on the website. Would this be a good set for a half ton truck?

I have used the Craftsman 3 ton jack and stands for several years (relatively new), no complaints. It lifts my 3/4 ton truck with no problems.
That being said, you never know when or if Craftsman switched manufacturer.

I just got that deal last summer. I have no complaints but I'm just a weekend wrencher. My friend has it too and likes it. It's slow on the pump up tho if you like the fast jacks.

I have two sets. The stands are great, the jacks are ok. I had to warranty both of the jacks within the first year, and I wish I could warranty them again. The seals leak on both of my jacks and I need to top them off about once a year now. I purchased my sets back in 2004, and my warranty jacks were in 2005. They wont last forever if thats what you are wondering. I doubt any jack will last forever though.
