Craftsman 41 inch intermediate drawer

I have a Craftsman 41 inch tool box chest and cabinet and I'm finding that I could use the singe intermediate drawer. However it appears that it has been discontinued and is becoming rather difficult to find. Does anyone know of a similar setup from a different manufacturer that I could use? Color doesn't matter.

Using a 1:1 scale picture is just a tad bit overkill.


A couple years back I tried finding one without any luck. But these guys are a resourceful bunch, maybe you'll get lucky.

I've called a couple of stores that currently have this drawer in stock and they won't ship. I called waterloo to see if this is something that they could make. Does anyone know of a company that currently or in the past has made something that would work?

Could you clarify what you mean by a single intermediate drawer? 1 Medium depth drawer, or 1 full width drawer, or something else?

It is the same one as alinc100 linked to just the box is grey and drawer black. I have keys for it and it is in nice shape.

It's a separate 1 drawer unit that goes in the middle

I was just scrolling through the threads and i happened to find this, I am having the same stuggle my friend, i just posted almost the exact problem you have. I have been looking everywhere for one with absolutely no luck.
